REGISTRATION: In order to obtain a bidder's number, you must present a valid driver's license and show that you have in your possession certified funds in the amount of $2,500.
REAL ESTATE TERMS: The successful bidder will be required to sign the Real Estate Contract immediately upon conclusion of the bidding and place a non-refundable bid deposit of $2,500.00 to be held in escrow as earnest money and applied to the purchase price at closing. The closing will take place within 30 days from the date of the auction. Taxes and any assessments will be prorated as of the closing date. A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to the high bid to determine the total purchase price of the subject property.
NO CONTINGENCIES: The purchase of the property shall not be contingent on financing or any other contingency. The Buyer will receive a clear title for the property upon full payment.
CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY: Kelly Hogue, auctioneer of Blue Sky Auctions, LLC, nor any representatives, agents, or employees make any express or implied warranties or representations of any kind regarding the property.
